We had a solid start to our cross country season with multiple athletes running really well. I couldn't of been more proud of our team's consistency, drive and work ethic this summer and it has already shown. Consistency is the secret sauce to success and I hope all of you can now attest to its importance.
About 50 total teams registered at highland in different races. All of our team finished at the top of all the races we participated.
The Riverton Silverwolf Track and field team had a great showing at the UVU invitational. The boys won against a very competitive field.
This season has started out so strong and our distance team's hard work, consistency and dedication over the past few months is starting to manifest. In the boys 800 four boys ran great times and set personal bests. Region went really well this week. Our boys took 3rd and our girls took 4th. There where some great performances. The following athletes where region champions. Congrats for working so hard this season and earning that great honor.
